Outside, the porch wraps around the cottage on three sides where you can enjoy the sunrise, and watch the loons, eagles and osprey. There is a large yard for the kids to play . There is a dock and a kayak and paddle boat are provided for your enjoyment. The lake has a rocky bottom. This cottage is located on a very private road. It is a half hour drive to Waterville or Augusta for cinema, restaurants and shopping. Five minutes down the road is the corner store, great for ice cream, pizza and sandwiches. This is truly a lake retreat.
