This year round cottage on DAVID POND will sleep 5 guests. It's a very nice & clean 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage just a few yards from the water's edge. There is a shallow entry into the lake. In the evenings, you can enjoy the view of David Pond from the outside screen room. David Pond is a very peaceful, tranquil lake. It's 286 acre lake, 37' depth. Great for fishing, swimming & boating. Just down the road is Augusta, with plenty of shopping & restaurants.
