WHEN ARE MY PAYMENTS DUE?
50% of the total rate is due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If you are renting for a longer term, different payment rules may apply

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All cancellations must be in writing. If you cancel more than 45 days in advance of your arrival, you will receive a refund of the deposit you paid, less a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee and $40 non-refundable reservation fee. If you cancel in 45 days or less of your arrival, you forfeit the entire amount paid, unless we can re-rent your property. Then you would receive the full amount, less a non-refundable reservation fee of $200 and $40 non-refundable reservation fee.

WHEN IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT AND WHERE DO I PICK UP THE KEYS?
Check in time is anytime after 2 pm and checkout time is no later than 10 am. After you make your final payment, we will email you directions to the cottage. Drive directly to the cottage and it will be unlocked and the key will be there for you. If there’s a lock box, we will email you the code.

Call Belgrade Vacation Rentals at (800)760-1503. If we don’t answer, please leave a message with your name, phone number, cottage you’re staying at and the issue. We will call you back promptly.

WHAT AMENITIES ARE AT MY PROPERTY AND WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST I BRING?
Read the listing for your rental, as the amenities are posted and all cottages are different. All cottages have a kitchen with basic cooking utensils. You need to bring toiletries, detergent, paper products, linens, food & drinks.

ARE LINENS PROVIDED?
All the cottages supply pillows & blankets. Some cottages do supply linens and it will be stated in the listing. Belgrade Vacation Rentals offers linen rentals if you need it.
