Let Belgrade Vacation Rentals rent your lake front cottage or home. We offer a full service management package. Cottage rentals available on all of your favorite local lakes including Great Pond, Long Pond, Lake Messalonskee, McGrath Pond, Salmon Lake, North Pond & East Pond.

What does Belgrade Vacation Rentals look for in a rental property?

• All our rental properties are lakefront or lake view in the Belgrade Lakes and central Maine area.

• The property should be well-maintained.

• The rental property must be available for rent at least four weeks in peak season (July & August) and be insured as a vacation rental property.

• It is an exclusive listing for the seasonal rentals mid May through mid October.

We recommend you list your property in late fall or early winter, as that’s when we accept reservations for the next year. We don’t accept new listings after May.
